Keyword Research
Keyword Research (/keyword-research) is a project-based hub for keyword expansion, metrics, clusters, rank tracking, and opportunity analysis.
What it is
Section titled “What it is”Each project binds to your workspace primary domain and inherits competitor domains. Projects store seed keywords, run history, post-process status, and saved analyses.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- Discover keyword opportunities beyond your current rankings
- Cluster related keywords for content planning
- Track ranks and preview SERPs for expanded keyword sets
- Run fast or deep opportunity analysis on selected terms
Step-by-step — list page
Section titled “Step-by-step — list page”- Open Keyword Research in the sidebar (
/keyword-research). - Click New project to create a project for your workspace domain (requires completed onboarding).
- Click an existing project row to open the project detail page.
New projects start with:
- Domain from workspace
- Competitors from workspace competitor list
- Empty seed keywords (add on the project page)
Project detail
Section titled “Project detail”Each project has its own route: /keyword-research/:projectId
From the project page you can:
- Edit and Save seeds (one keyword per line)
- Run research — full hub sync (see Run research)
- Explore tabs — Explore results
- Export CSV of current tab rows
Status fields
Section titled “Status fields”The project header shows:
- Pipeline status — idle, running, or last run outcome
- Post-process status — processing after live SERP capture (clusters, similar keywords)
- Post-process error — user-facing message if background processing failed (often auth-related)
